01. The Challenge
The customer's tracking endpoints suffered from server crashes during regional peak delivery seasons, costing thousands in SLA violation fines. Manual deployment processes meant hotfixes required hours of downtime and senior engineer intervention.
02. Engineering Approach
We transformed their monolithic deployment into auto-scaling microservices on AWS ECS. Built modular Terraform configurations and canary deployments that automatically rollback if latency spikes above defined thresholds. GitHub Actions pipelines were implemented with full test gates and Slack alerting.
